
I have never ever dealt with a more amazing company. This has been a long process with COVID and Derecho its been a crazy mess. But Whirlpool and Gateway has been AMAZING! Kira has been the most amazing person to deal with. The tech that came out was kind and caring. Its been a very simple process and I couldn't be more happy.

I had a new microwave that had no sound. Since this was under warranty, the warranty company sent Gateway Appliance out to fix the problem. The office staff was very professional when scheduling my appointment, the service technician was prompt and very friendly. They took care of my problem and I would highly recommend them if you ever need service work.

Our washing machine broke and Service Technician Scooter, and Scheduler Kira were very kind and helpful in getting us the best deal possible on parts, going above and beyond to find parts when they were on back order locally, and fixing our machine on the date promised. We highly recommend Gateway Appliance!

Gateway Appliance helped us on a warrenty issue. Their tech, Scooter, was on time, professional, very considerate of our hardwood floors, and a good guy to talk to. I really appreciate their promptness and going the extra mile for us. I live in Cedar Falls, but will make the drive to Manchester for all my future applicance purchases because of their great customer service and the fact they have capable and competent techs on staff.

I had been having problems with my Kitchenaid Dishwasher 11.5 months into ownership and another Kitchenaid service company blamed the problems on the drain and the installation. The problem was that the heating coil and the spray arm stopped working. I contacted Kitchenaid after the tech reset the dishwasher and it worked for about 2 weeks and then stopped again. I called Kitchenaid again a few says past the 12 month warranty period. They said the dishwasher was past warranty and the dishwasher would not be covered. I called Gateway and they worked with Kitchenaid and the work was done under warranty. Gateway did something they didn't need to do. Long story short Gateway went above and beyond and I highly recommend them.

Frigidaire sent them out to check on an issue we were having with ito new stove. Scooter was AWESOME! Called in advance like I asked because if ito dog and toddler. Was earl to talk to and did a great job of trouble shooting to locate the possible problem . You have a great employee in Scooter, thanks you guys!!!
